Creek Farm is a small family farm of 20 acres located in Grattan
Township, north east Kent County. We are a short 30 minute drive (20
miles) from downtown Grand Rapids.
We haven't been farmers all
our lives. Deane has been a home builder and carpenter for over 30
years and Linda a homemaker (and cook extraordinaire) for all of her
adult life. But life takes some strange turns and with the recent
recession we decided that it was time
for a change and to follow a long held dream.
We've owned this land for
almost 30 years and have had huge gardens, horses, dogs, cats,
chickens, and raised four wonderful children. We decided that it was
now or never and to expand on our passion for growing things. Thus was
born Chimney Creek Farm in 2010.
2014 our youngest daughter, Tory, and her family moved back to the
area. She is "crunchie" as she likes to say and is a perfect fit with
the CSA. She is our social networking guru - Facebook, Twitter,
Pinterest, etc. She also lends her organizations skills, a strong work
ethic, and a love for all living things to help the farm and the CSA to
grow. She is involved in all areas of the farm and we are grateful she
is following her passion.

members. We bring you locally grown food from farmers you can put a
face to and trust. Direct from our farm to your family.
